Plantworks is an advisory practice operated by Trevor Cusworth, based in Boulder, Colorado, United States. The Site provides information about our advisory services, including workshops and retainer engagements for manufacturing organizations.
These Terms govern only your use of the Site itself. Any engagement, consulting work, or advisory services we provide are governed by a separate written services agreement signed between Plantworks and the engaging organization.

- A binding commitment of price, scope, or timeline
- Professional, legal, financial, technical, or operational advice

Pricing on the Site reflects starting points for typical engagements. Final scope and pricing for any engagement will be set in a separate signed agreement.
03Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Plantworks name and wordmark, the Operational AI Opportunity Framework™, and the visual design — is owned by Plantworks or used with permission and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Reproduce, modify, or distribute Site content for commercial purposes without written permission
- Use our trademarks or branding without written permission
- Scrape, mirror, or systematically download the Site
- Reverse-engineer or extract our methodology, frameworks, or proprietary content
04Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through our inquiry form
- Attempt to interfere with the Site's normal operation, security, or availability

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plantworks and Trevor Cusworth from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
